Two acres, one kitchen, one menu that follows the seasons.
Olivewood started with a simple question: what if we stopped asking the market what to cook, and started asking our garden instead. We planted two acres of vegetables, herbs, and fruit. We built a mill. We installed an oven. The menu writes itself now—dictated by soil, sun, and season rather than spreadsheets.
Every dish begins where it actually grows. Spring brings tender lettuces and early peas. Summer overflows with stone fruit, tomatoes, and basil. Fall is root vegetables and squash. Winter teaches us preservation. We know every plant by name because we tend them ourselves. Nothing ships from elsewhere if we can grow it here.
Our bread comes from grain we mill in-house. Our butter comes from a dairy thirty miles away. Our fish comes from waters we trust. We're not trying to serve everything to everyone. We're trying to serve this place, this moment, this harvest—to you, at this table, tonight.

Farm-to-table cooking rooted in the seasons — vegetables from our own two-acre garden, bread milled and baked in-house, and a menu that changes with every harvest.
